Why I Decided to Quit Love and Deepspace After a Month
I played Love and Deepspace for about a month, participating in 3–4 different events before ultimately deciding to stop. While I enjoyed certain aspects of the game, it required over 30GB of storage, which felt like a huge commitment just to keep it installed.
Visuals: 10/10
I have to give full credit to the game’s visuals—absolutely stunning. The graphics, animations, and character designs are top-tier, making it one of the most visually impressive mobile games I’ve played.
Gameplay & Events
The main core of the game is story-driven, which isn’t really my thing. I actually preferred the mini-games and other features over the story itself.
  • 2025 New Year Event – A solid event that made me love the game.
  • Chinese New Year Event – Disappointing.
  • Valentine’s Event – Interesting BDSM-level concept, but the mini-game was a letdown.
  • Rafayel’s Birthday Event (March 1, 2025) – This is where I quit.
Characters & Experience
I spent most of my early game time with Zayne and Xavier, who quickly became my favorites. I just didn’t feel a connection with Rafayel, despite our shared artistic side. Zyrus has a 10/10 design, but I found his English voice dub off-putting. Caleb is new but felt pretty basic.
Gacha & Final Thoughts
I’ll give credit where it’s due—the gacha rates are very generous, which was a pleasant surprise. However, as much as I enjoyed parts of the game, I don’t think I’ll miss it enough to reinstall.
Anyone else feeling the same way? Or are you still enjoying the game?

Totally get where you're coming from — storage space is a real issue these days, especially with how massive some games have become. Lately I’ve been switching to platforms that are more lightweight and easier to jump in and out of. I recently started using nowplix.com — didn't expect much at first, but it’s surprisingly smooth and doesn’t eat up space like traditional games. Sometimes less really is more.
